Elite Flooring Collections Specialist Elite Flooring is a leading floor covering contractor head-quartered in Atlanta, GA with regional offices in North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Florida.
The company sells and services, national and regional Home Builders, Commercial & General Contractors, Multi-Family apartment communities among other account types with a track record of proven success since 1996.
The Collections Specialist will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding accounts receivables from our builder clients.
Primary Responsibilities : Monitor accounts on a daily basis, analyze trends and margins Identify and collect on outstanding accounts receivables Resolve billing issues in a timely manner Reconcile builder accounts Create and maintain credit history files Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner Make recommendations for process improvements Desired Skills and Experience : Strong understanding of billing and collection processes Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Highly skilled in negotiation Great organization and follow-up Salary & Benefits Salary will be commensurate with experience 401k with company contribution of $0.
